How to report a bug

To help us quickly identify and fix the bug, please follow these guidelines when submitting a bug report:

1. Select Submit a request → Support request.
   
2. Fill in information into the Your email address and Subject fields.
   
3. Provide the following information in the Description field:
   1. Describe the issue you encountered. Did it happen only once, or does it occur regularly?
   2. List the steps to reproduce.
      Example:
      1. Launch the editor.
      2. Select the active mod.
      3. Find and open the SM_SomeMesh asset.
   3. Describe what happened after performing the steps above.
   4. Provide additional data – this step is highly recommended.

• Logs: attach the log file from the session when the bug occurred.
• Asset name(s) involved in reproducing the issue.
• Screenshots or videos, if possible.
• PC specifications: CPU, GPU, RAM.
  5. Upload all additional materials (logs, screenshots, videos) to Google Drive and include the link in the bug description.

4. Select Issue Type → Bug.
   
5. Select Submit.

Note: The more detailed your report is, the faster we will be able to reproduce and fix the issue.
